Shipping Process
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the full summary of your purchase. We then begin processing, which usually takes 1–2 days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Delivery typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, resulting in a total delivery timeframe of around 5–8 business days.
Possible Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to peak periods, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected 5–8 business days, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days. If your order still has not been delivered after this, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can investigate further.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email info@everleyandfinch.com with photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you.
