Return Procedure

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

To start the return process, please email us at info@everleyandfinch.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Before sending your items back, please make sure that they are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags attached

Pack your return securely and send it through a reliable courier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@everleyandfinch.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email info@everleyandfinch.com with photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear. No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges
